Polaris Travel Clinic and Pharmacy is proud to announce that they have donated $605 to the Airdrie Food Bank. Polaris donated $1 for every travel vaccine administered at their clinic from the period of September to December 2013, resulting in a total of $605. Funds donated will go to the food bank’s hamper program.
The cheque was presented by Jason Kmet to Airdrie Food Bank board member Tolan Chapman on February 21.
“We really appreciate what the Food Bank does in the community and are happy to make a donation to such a good cause,” said Jason Kmet, owner/pharmacist at Polaris.
