Polaris Travel Clinic and Pharmacy donates to Airdrie Health Foundation

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Polaris Travel Clinic and Pharmacy is proud to announce they will be running a fundraiser for the Airdrie Health Foundation.  Polaris will donate $1 for every travel vaccine administered at the clinic from March 1, 2014 until June 30, 2014.  Funds donated will go towards helping the AHF advocate for 24/7 emergency medical care for Airdrie.

“The AHF is very excited and thankful to receive this donation from Polaris Travel Clinic. It will aid us in our journey to gain better health services in Airdrie,” said Michelle Bates, Vice-Chair of AHF. “As well, the Polaris Travel Clinic is the kind of clinic we need in Airdrie. It keeps residents in Airdrie, which is one of the things the AHF is working on, keeping residents in Airdrie!  It is a one stop shop if you are planning a trip out of country.”

Polaris Travel Clinic and Pharmacy opened in Airdrie in January 2013.  Their focus is on keeping you safe and healthy while on your trip, no matter where the destination.
